New construction of a 25,000 SF central utility plant to serve the new 600,000 SF replacement hospital facility. Riddleberger worked in a design/assist role with the engineer/architect team throughout pre-construction to insure constructability and maintain the budget on this LEED certified project. Throughout the design/assist process Riddleberger was able to identify and realize over $600,000 cost savings through design changes and constructability reviews.
