This project covers an 11,500 square foot, two-story office building for Administrative staff and a 29,500 square foot Maintenance facility. The Administrative building is mechanically served by two rooftop units and a VAV system, while the Maintenance facility is mechanically served by two rooftop units and two Energy Recovery Units. Both building projects were Buy America projects.

RBI was contracted to:

• Install ERV and RTU system
• Provide and install instant water heaters, a waste oil boiler system, and an advanced vehicle exhaust system with exhaust nozzle extension that connects to the vehicle’s tail pipe
• Establish overall building exhaust tied into the garage door operations
• Pipe the compressed air and lube oil lines to the stations at each repair
