Hershey Chocolate Factory underwent a 72,895 square feet expansion to their existing processing and storage facility. The project involved installation of heat and chill water, compressed air, and natural gas systems to support roasting, processing equipment, and building conditioning.

RBI installation work included:

• One cooling tower
• Two chillers
• Two condensing boilers
• Two air compressors and dryers
• Five rooftop process air handling units
• One air handling unit
• One makeup air unit
