Pleasant Valley Elementary School underwent renovation and additional construction to its single-story building. Both the mechanical and plumbing systems were updated, including a brand-new mechanical room that was entirely fabricated in our plumbing shop.

RBI’s role included:

• Revamping chilled and heating water systems, air-cooled chiller, hot water boilers, and rooftop equipment
• Removing existing pneumatic controls and replacing with an updated BAS system
• Installing all new plumbing fixtures throughout
