Kenneth “Wayne” Gibson, Jr. has served as the Vice President of Service since December 2016 and General Manager of Service since January of 2011. Mr. Gibson joined Riddleberger Brothers in September of 1999 and has held a variety of positions including Service Sales Representative, Service Manager, and Controls Group Manager. Prior to joining Riddleberger Brothers, Mr. Gibson served as an Assistant Service Manager and a Service Technician at Landes Heating and Air Conditioning in Harrisonburg, Va. Mr. Gibson has completed both the CSUSA Leadership Academy and the CSUSA Sales Leadership Program. Mr. Gibson has served as a member of the Massanutten Technical Center Foundation Board of Directors and is the President of the Massanutten Technical Center Alumni & Supporters Association. Mr. Gibson is a graduate of the Massanutten Technical Center.
