Employee Spotlight – Ben Romero

Today we’d like to spotlight one of our sheet metal mechanics, Ben Romero!

Ben joined RBI in July 1997 as a Sheet Metal Helper after having no previous sheet metal experience. From there, he was able to pick up the skills he needed to be promoted to Sheet Metal Mechanic, and now currently works as a Sheet Metal Mechanic B. When asked a little about his experience so far, Ben said his biggest accomplishment is finishing a job and having everything turn out well.
