We recently had the privilege of participating in not one, but two Worlds of Work events—one in Winchester and one at the Augusta Expo in Fishersville!
Service Team Appreciation Breakfast
We had a great time celebrating together at our annual Service Team Appreciation Breakfast on December 19th! The event gave us the chance to recognize and congratulate the entire RBI service team for their tremendous efforts and contributions during the year.
SkillsUSA Event
Scott Cox and JR Poland from our Winchester service office recently had the honor of serving as judges for a SkillsUSA event at Triplett Tech. Thank you, Scott and JR, for representing RBI and helping foster growth and excellence in the next generation of skilled professionals!
November 2024 Top Dog
We had a blast at the recent James Madison University football game with this season’s Top Dog experience winner, 9-year-old Lacey from Luray! We are so proud to sponsor the Top Dog experience to give awesome kids like Lacey memories for a lifetime!
Harrisonburg City Public Schools Support
We recently had the honor of presenting a check to the Harrisonburg City Public Schools Educational Foundation to help with funding for a new school teacher!

RBI service technicians from our Charlottesville, Winchester, and Shenandoah Valley locations recently took part in a new compressor class sponsored by RPC Commercial HVAC.
Triplett Tech Site Visit
We recently had the privilege of hosting students from the Carpentry, HVAC, and Electrical classes at Triplett Tech for a site visit. Thanks to our team and the students for a successful day of learning!
