Welder Spotlight – Andrew and Peyton

In celebration of National Welding Month, we would like to recognize and thank two of our boiler division welders – Andrew Dollarhite and Peyton Smith! Both started at RBI in 2023 and have made such a positive impact on our team so far.

Andrew is AWS Certified and brings nine years of pipe fitter and welding experience to our team. He’s also experienced in stick, TIG, MIG, and orbital welding on aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and other malleable materials.

Peyton is AWS Certified in stick, MIG, TIG, and fluxcore, and has experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum materials. He also has two years of vocational school training and four years of experience welding in the field.
