Safety Champion – Andy Ritchie
The Safety Champion for the month of November is Andy Ritchie! Andy was nominated for performing his 5×5 and identifying a steam leak that was unsafe to work on. Thanks to his quick thinking, he was able to utilize stop work authority to ensure his work area was safe before continuing. Great job Andy!
Employee Spotlight – Ronald Miller
Today we’d like to spotlight one of our Plumbing Technicians, Ronald Miller, as he approaches his 23rd year at RBI! Despite having the title of Plumbing Technician, he completed an HVAC Apprenticeship during his time here and is cross-trained in HVAC as well. MTC Visit to RBI
Last month we had the pleasure of hosting students and instructors from Massanutten Technical Center as they toured our facility! Participants from the electrical, HVAC, welding, and architecture and design programs visited to tour both our plumbing and sheet metal shops, hear about career opportunities, and learn about the technology we use on the job.
William Monroe Career Day
We had a great time at the recent Career Day event hosted at William Monroe High School! The event welcomed students of all grade levels from Greene County, where they got to learn about different careers, interact with company vehicles, and even dress up as what they want to be when they grow up.
