RBI Sign-On Day

We are excited to officially offer full-time positions to two students from Green County Technical Education Center! Our Construction Operations Manager, Darrell Moubray, recently attended a “sign-on day” for students Adam Hill and Brooklyn Roach, who will be starting with us full-time following their graduation.

Adam actually started in the field with our mentorship program when he was hired as a temp last May and spent the summer working with our sheet metal and plumbing teams. He has proven to be hard-working and dedicated to the field, and our senior superintendents have been impressed with his work ethic and motivation to learn.

Brooklyn has experience with stick, TIG, and MIG welding, and the welding skills she displayed during her interview impressed some of our long-time shop welders. She’ll be joining our team as a new plumbing and HVAC welder.

We look forward to working with both of them and helping them grow their future careers!
